Meet Garth

Garth Roberts is an expert in simplifying the writing process and he has been training corporate clients in the art of simple, effective communications for over 20 years. He's the President and CEO of Garth W. Roberts, Ltd, a company that specializes in leadership and communications coaching and training, and is the past President of the Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

For over 30 years Garth has been involved in television as a writer, a producer, director and writer of educational television. He has won awards as a television documentary writer. For the past 22 years, Garth's primary work role has been in education as a television and film scriptwriting instructor, a corporate trainer, a facilitator, and as a mentor to countless students, seminar participants and staff members.

Garth develops and presents his speeches and seminars with an audience's "what's in it for me" focus. He has clients in such diverse fields as housing, construction, railway, manufacturing, petroleum, printing, education and transportation. He has facilitator certification from Zenger Miller and Quality Improvement Facilitator certification from Coopers & Lybrand.
