Services & Products: The Training Package and The Speaker Package
The Training Package includes:
- Pre-session questionnaire
- Half day, full day, or two day leadership training on the 7 Keys to Inspired Leadership. Other elements of this program include seminars on Make Meetings Move, Plain Writing for Business, Speak With Confidence, and Basic Negotiations.
- Workbook is provided to participants
- Evaluation form
- Follow-up questionnaire for participants
- Follow-up meeting with client to determine additional scope of training
- Six months of coaching sessions through tele-seminars, webinars, and telephone coaching
The Speaker Package includes:
- Pre-session questionnaire
- Client assessment
- 30-90 minute talk on the 7 Keys to Inspired Leadership
- Evaluation forms
- Follow-up with client and attendees
Each attendee will be challenged to use their imagination to kick-start their plan, and each session will wrap up with the continuing challenge to use their imagination to bring the plan they just visualized to fruition.
